TEAMWORK CONSULTING
Team is more than division of labor.
Team is the multiplication of potentials.
The success potential of teams goes beyond the sum of individual strengths and competencies and can only be partially fostered by organizational structures. Beyond the hard facts, such as project timelines and task assignments, soft facts like teamplay, teamflow, and team spirit are essential for a team’s performance, development and success.
As a facilitator and moderator, I design creative settings that enable teams to unlock and ignite synergies between their business objectives and individual potentials.
TEAMWORK BUILDS
RELATIONSHIPS
Teamwork starts with each individual and can be practiced across departments and hierarchies.
Operationally, it is often professional competence that defines structures and processes. Nevertheless, there are situations that require different stakeholders or disciplines to come together to collaboratively develop solutions or ideas. This is a process that I facilitate as a moderator.
Teams cannot be forced into a flow, but through discussions and workshops, you can identify factors that encourage it.
Those who want to work not just in the team but also on the team’s cohesion, move beyond the operational level to the meta level, asking questions like »What matters most in our work?«, »How can we determine whether we are successful as a team?« or »When do we enjoy our work the most?«.
The best way to work is when you have complete faith that everyone on the team is pulling in the same direction.
While teamspirit cannot be measured, you can certainly feel whether it is present or not. Some of it comes from the chemistry between team members, while other aspects depend on how well each person knows the others and the level of clarity about when and how the best ideas and results are achieved.

QUESTIONS
Teamwork performs at its best when everybody steps into the teamflow and shares the same teamspirit.
Those who want to establish a mindset like that of Google, Red Bull, or Patagonia in their company understand that work processes are not only shaped by process diagrams and organizational charts but also by focusing on the communication culture.
What do you do, if you want to get better at what you do? You reflect upon your thinking, feeling, actions and impact.
The simplest path to improve team performance, flow and spirit is not always easy to find—since a team is shaped by the interplay between personal viewpoints, values and expectations—but it does exist, such a path.
Since the potential of teams lies in their individuality, you will not receive a one-size-fits-all solution from me.
Each team benefits from developing collaborative decisions, ideas and modalities to make their daily work more efficient, interesting and valuable. A process when put into practice positions company goals, establishes organizational structures and professionalizes teams.
